How Do I Pay for Therapy Sessions?

Our sessions are $135 for cash payment. To accommodate various needs, we also proudly accept several insurances including Aetna, Cigna and Evernorth, Oscar Health, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH. Please feel free to contact us directly for more details.

What is the format of Therapy sessions?

Currently, all our therapy sessions are conducted virtually, providing you with flexibility, convenience, and comfort. Virtual sessions allow us to connect and engage in meaningful therapeutic work no matter where you are located, as long as you have a private space and a reliable internet connection. This format ensures that receiving support is accessible and consistent, helping you integrate therapy into your life more seamlessly.

Do I need Therapy?

Deciding to start therapy is a personal choice that often stems from a desire to live more fully, manage emotional challenges, or seek growth and self-improvement. You might consider therapy if you're feeling overwhelmed, facing a significant life transition, struggling with relationships, or simply wish to understand yourself better. It's not just about overcoming hardships; it's also about building resilience, enhancing well-being, and developing strategies for a more satisfying and empowered life.

How will we measure success?

Success in therapy is a personal and evolving journey, tailored to your individual goals and needs. Together, we'll define what success looks like for you, whether it's achieving specific milestones, feeling a certain way, or making desired changes in your behavior or relationships. We'll regularly assess progress through open dialogue, reflection on your goals, and evaluation of changes in your thoughts, feelings, and actions.
